Blanket Distribution, Elephant Depredation areas

Members of Green Guard Nature Organization distributed 60 blankets to villagers in elephant depredation areas along the Nagaon-Karbi Anglong border recently. Poor women and men in the the Human-Elephant Conflict affected villages of Kothalguri, Jiajuri, Bor-line, No. 15 Line and Natunbasti were handed these blankets as a goodwill gesture for their support to the wildlife conservation initiatives of Green Guard in these areas. The blankets were provided from funds collected among the GGNO members and volunteers from these conflict areas themselves. Sanctuary Asia Tiger Defender Dulu Boramobilised the team for this noble initiative.
