Rotary Club of Nagaon and Green Guard Nature Organization organized a drawing competition for school students as part of the ongoing wildlife week at the Nagaon Govt. Girls Higher Secondary school premises. A leaflet on 'Know your Natural Heritage' was distributed with the morning newspapers to spread awareness among the general public of Nagaon about the various species found in this region and the threats to their conservation. It was also distributed at the art competition where the theme was 'your favourite wild animal' and also to other Rotary clubs and some educational institutions.
